U.S.-based digital marketing platform Constant Contact has agreed to acquire Vision6, an SMS and email marketing platform in Australia. Constant Contact is focused on delivering all-in-one marketing services for small businesses, while Vision6 provides marketing solutions, local customer support and data security for small businesses, government departments, nonprofits and marketing agencies.
The deal is expected to grow Constant Contact’s presence in Australia and offer Vision6 customers comprehensive digital marketing from Constant Contact.
