Cordonazo de San Francisco left lagoons and fallen trees in the capital

This Friday afternoon, the well-known Cordonazo de San Francisco was present with his usual “stick of water” in much of the Capital . Heavy rainfall accompanied by moderate winds led to downed trees and flooded roads. As reported by users through their twitter accounts.

Among the affected areas, the road to Prados del Este stands out , where it was learned that the torrential rains left some fallen trees and the formation of lagoons.

The same occurred in the Santa Mónica sector, registering flooded streets accompanied by large branches and solid waste.

Users also reported that there was a delay due to the rain vehicular on the highway to Valle-Coche.

Earlier the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology predicted rainfall and electric shocks in much of the country.
