Hours reserved for seniors and people with disabilities will be abolished with effect from 11 October. Until now, it was necessary for the “senior hours” to set aside operations in the burgundy and black districts in the “base” mode.
It follows from the Decree of the Public Health Office (ÚVZ) of the Slovak Republic, regulating the activities of operations

Children under 12 years of age and 2 months of age are considered to be fully vaccinated persons for the purposes of the decree according to the ÚVZ. According to the Authority, the time limit was set in such a way that a person aged 12 years after vaccination had the necessary time to assume that a sufficient level of protective antibodies would be produced in the body.
It is explicitly stated that upon entry into service is obligatory to choose the regime, have a notice in a visible place and ensure entry to the premises only to participants in the chosen regime (base, OTP, fully vaccinated).
The regime (basic, OTP, fully vaccinated) at the entrance to the operation is not obligatory according to the decree to mark the establishments and services
These are, for example, foodstuffs, drugstores, pharmacies, opticians and medical supply shops, spas providing procedures on the basis of a doctor’s proposal. , newsagents, animal feed stores and veterinary clinics, libraries, gas stations, repair shops and service of machine electronics, MOT and emission control services, etc.
Quarantine after entering Slovakia for the unvaccinated, it passes from 14 to 10 days
The length of the quarantine after entering the Slovak Republic will be reduced from 14 to ten days during its asymptomatic course. Quarantine can also be terminated by a negative result of a PCR test performed on the fifth day at the earliest. Quarantine does not apply to fully vaccinated persons. This follows from the new decree of the Public Health Office (ÚVZ) of the Slovak Republic on the border regime, which will be effective from October 15.
