Gracia Indri pernah mengalami kenaikan berat badan hingga bobotnya hampir 72kg. Saat itu, ia hanya berani mengenakan rok karet dengan warna gelap untuk menutupi paha dan kakinya yang besar.

Berkonsultasi dengan dokter ahli gizi

Tak nyaman dengan bentuk tubuhnya saat itu, Gracia Indri pun menyempatkan diri untuk berkonsultasi dengan seorang dokter ahli gizi. Beruntungnya, program diet yang dijalankan Gracia berjalan dengan baik.

Angkat beban
