A Enauta (ENAT3) informou nesta quarta-feira (19) que a Enauta Energia, subsidiária integral da companhia, assinou com a Petrojarl I e a Altera a extensão dos contratos de afretamento e de Operação e Manutenção (O&M) do FPSO Petrojarl I para o Sistema de Produção Antecipada (SPA) do Campo de Atlanta.
Os contratos terão duração adicional de até dois anos, passando seu término de maio de 2023 para maio de 2025. O custo para adequação da unidade será de US$ 30 milhões.
A extensão está condicionada à obtenção de Certificado da DNV (Det Norske Veritas), a ser emitido antes do término do contrato atual.
Segundo Carlos Mastrangelo, Diretor de Operações da Enauta, o novo prazo promove a continuidade operacional do Campo de Atlanta e poderá permitir a operação temporária e simultânea do SPA e do Sistema Definitivo, se sancionado, otimizando o tempo de transferência dos poços do FPSO Petrojarl I para o novo FPSO do Sistema Definitivo.
Além disso, ele destaca que a extensão garante a manutenção do fluxo de caixa operacional de Atlanta por mais de um ano, uma vez que poderá ser evitada a interrupção da produção entre o final do SPA e o início da operação do SD.
