Evacuated shopping center in Belgrade – broken fire alarm device PHOTO

The shopping center “Delta City” was evacuated tonight after the alarm for fire danger was heard.

According to the procedure in such cases, the security must evacuate everything in the building as soon as possible until it is done police check, media reports.

The investigation so far has established that on the first floor of the shopping center, an unknown person, most likely of Roma nationality, broke the fire alarm device that activated.

Firefighters and police officers from New Belgrade were engaged on the spot, and the situation is under control.
