Experts warn against password security in the browser

After it at a company recently encountered a security dilemma, IT researchers are now warning against the use of such functions in all browsers, reports the New York Post. Criminals seem to be taking advantage of the high number of people working from home due to the pandemic. “Although the function of saving account data in browsers is very convenient, users are advised not to use this function and only use programs from trusted sources, as there is a risk of account data being leaked to the outside world if infected with malware penetrate”, so AhnLab.
