The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) together with the Ministry of Social Development are advancing with the payment schedule for January 2022.

Option 2 – Submit at least three updated tests/data of the following six before the ANSES:

  • Judicial summary information or administrative with two witnesses without the participation of the deceased.
  • Proof of Social Work of the holder, where he is as the holder of the benefit the cohabitant.
  • DNI of both, where it appears that they have the same address. In the event of the death of the benefit holder, only the applicant’s ID will be required where the same address as the deceased is recorded on the Death Certificate or in the records of the ANSES.
