Fourteen people have been arrested in Thessaloniki for attacking young communists

THESSALONIKI – Greek police arrested 14 people today in connection with the attack in Thessaloniki on members of the youth branch of the Communist Party of Greece.

The attack, which, according to police information, was carried out by a group of about 20 people, took place around noon on Thessaloniki’s Elefteria Square, where five members of the youth organ distributed pamphlets, the Greek newspaper Kathimerini reported.
