Gerdjikov admitted that he is entering the presidential race

“I agreed to be nominated for President of Bulgaria by an initiative committee because I believe that in this difficult moment of division and opposition I have the necessary qualities to embody the unity of the nation in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria. I am not a politician, I do not think and I do not speak as a politician, but I believe that each of us is obliged at some point to repay Bulgaria for everything he has received from the Motherland and his compatriots. “
