As of January 16, 2022, Germany introduces new requirements for those arriving from Bulgaria, after our country was classified as a high-risk region due to COVID -19.
According to our embassy in Berlin, all those entering the country from Bulgaria will have to fill in a digital form for pre-registration of: einreiseanmeldung.de .

EC introduces mandatory validity for COVID certificates when traveling
Those arriving in Germany are required to present one of the the following documents: vaccination certificate, illness document (positive result from a PCR test at least 28 days ago but not more than 6 months before arrival), a negative PCR or antigen test performed no later than 48 hours before entry into Germany. The requirements apply to all, except children under 6 years of age, regardless of the type of vehicle used to travel. Passengers who have not been vaccinated and have not had coronavirus , may terminate the quarantine after a negative PCR test at the earliest 5 days after entering Germany
Children under the age of 6 are subject to a mandatory 5-day home quarantine , which expires automatically on the 5th day after entering the country.
