How to improve training performance

Prepare your muscles

Invest in a foam roller to massage your muscles every day. This will activate the muscle groups and the exercises will be more effective.

The middle part of the body

The lower back and muscles around this part of the body should be stable. Therefore, do exercises that do not require moving this part of the body, such as “dead bugs”, carrying weights (famous “farmer”) or endurance to the side.

Leg exercises

Don’t forget these exercises, which will help you strengthen stability and mobility .

Don’t skip Monday

Many of us, who regularly engage in physical activity, rest during the weekend. Therefore, it is harder to return to the routine on Mondays. However, do not skip training on the first day of the work week.

Make a plan

Do not move to train before planning. Set goals, and then the days when you go to training.

Always warm up!

The older we get, the harder it is for the body to prepare for hard work. Therefore, do not forget to heat all parts of the body (neck, shoulders, arms, middle part of the body, legs, joints…).

Do not be afraid of inconvenience

It is quite normal that some exercises are harder for us, but in that at times give 100% of yourself. The results will not be missed, and you will feel much better.

Enjoy your workouts

Avoid exercises you don’t like, because you will lose motivation.

Use time

Make the most of every minute of training. Also, studies have shown that a muscle works harder if we think about which muscle we are moving.
