Huawei received more than 122 Portuguese applications in 2021

“The numbers are proof of the AppGallery’s continued progress as a truly global applications market. At the end of 2020, we had 81 Portuguese applications, a number that grew 35% in 2021 in the most diverse categories.

The official store of applications Huawei, Huawei AppGallery, is one of the top three application markets in the world and has continued to grow in the market Portuguese. In 2021, the platform had more than 1.2 million unique monthly users, 122 new Portuguese applications were added, and more than 6.2 billion downloads had been made.

And it’s not just about quantity, or the fact that the number of applications integrated with HMS Core has continued to increase in a single year, but it is also proof that more programmers are looking for the capabilities of Huawei to drive innovation and provide better experiences for its users”, underlines Shen Yun, Country Manager of Huawei CBG in Portugal.

Huawei AppGallery every year focuses its efforts on collaborating with global and local developers in order to include the most suitable applications for customers all over the world, as well as helping in the development of more application developers.
