Carol Vorderman has showcased her sensational figure as she shared a glimpse inside her sun-soaked trip to Portugal.
The former Countdown presenter, 60, who recently revealed her son Cameron’s battle with learning difficulties, described how she felt ‘refreshed’ after spending time at the Juice Master Retreats in Portugal.
Carol looked stunning as she stripped down to a tiny bikini and posed in a hot tub with her blonde locks cascading over her shoulders at the Juicy Oasis seven-day retreat which charges £1,945 for an en-suite room with views over the luscious countryside.
Sharing a sun-drenched snap in the water, Carol penned: “A week of just fresh juices, LOADS of walking, a few sweaty gym sessions, massages, swimming in the moonlight, saunas, stretching out, salt baths, cryotherapy, NO MAKE UP (bliss) and otherwise hanging around in a dressing gown and bikini….oh and HOT TUBS.”

Carol shared a collection of snaps to her 160,000 Instagram followers including the view over the stunning lake along with timeout in the sauna.
The star also proved she’s as cool as ice as she was dipped into a freezing cryo-chamber while wearing nothing but a bikini and furry boots for protection.
The star, who celebrated her 60th birthday this year, screamed as she was immersed in the chamber as the temperature plummeted to a bone-chilling -196°C.
In what must have felt like an incredibly long three minutes, Carol tried to distract herself by singing and imagining herself on a hot beach.

Sharing a video of the treatment on Instagram, Carol wrote: “CRYO….COOOOLLDDDD….in a bikini and furry boots and thermal gloves…got it down to MINUS 196C today…..omg three minutes for healing and health…..loved it actually….Stops me being a wuss.”
Elsewhere Carol looked radiant after spending time at Juice Oasis and shared her feelings on Instagram alongside a stunning hot tub selfie.
She wrote: “Left @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale Juicy Oasis so happy…..and can I say that everyone who works here, and I mean EVERYONE, has a smile on their face, they love their job and it’s infectious…..my kind of place.
“Refreshed now for a big month ahead…..lots of work on in all my businesses….and then hosting the wonderful 22nd @prideofbritain at the end of the month with @ashleybanjogram. I can’t wait x HAPPY DAYS.”
