According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform, 6 thousand 28 independent units (residences, offices, shops) with an area of ​​1 million 24 thousand 773 square meters were sold last year. 623 of these sales, worth 2 billion 186 million 744 thousand TL in total, were made to foreign citizens. In the statement made by the company, it was stated that the targets were exceeded: “According to the 2021 year-end data that we have announced as of today, it is seen that we have exceeded our annual target of 11 billion TL by 56 percent. From now on, our company will make every effort to reach the goals it has set.”

20 THOUSAND INDEPENDENT UNITS

Emlak Konut GYO aims to offer 20 thousand independent units for sale this year as well. The company, which started sales in the 1915 residential Çınarköy Houses, which was the first project of the year and realized in Çekmeköy, plans 6 thousand independent units in Avcılar as well. Due to the intense interest in the Vadi Houses in Bahçekent and Bizim Mahalle projects in Halkalı, the new phase works were accelerated. While horizontal architecture is at the forefront in all these projects, houses with large balconies and gardens are produced in line with the demands after the pandemic. Within the scope of urban transformation, the company started the project in Fikirtepe, Istanbul, where approximately 15 thousand independent units are located.
