Rocket League Players Will Be Able to Drive James Bond’s Aston Martin Valhalla
Rocket League is officially getting James Bond’s Aston Martin Valhalla from the blockbuster No Time to Die. Psyonix teamed up with Aston Martin and Metro Goldwyn Mayer to bring the said hybrid vehicle to Rocket League on October 7th, and will be available until October 13th.
The Aston Martin Valhalla is not available yet in the real world, but Rocket League players will be the first ones to try this latest iteration of James Bond’s iconic car across all platforms, as part of the game’s ongoing Bond 007 collaboration.
This will be the first ever hybrid car to be available in Rocket League, and will be accessible to players who have 1,100 credits in the item shop. It will be launched alongside the Bond 007 Collection, which will package the Aston Martin Valhalla with the Aston Martin DB5—which is the classic iteration that was released over the summer. It will have a Reel Life Decal, an Aston Martin Valhalla Engine Audio, as well as Aston Martin Valhalla Wheels.
The good news for Rocket League fans is that they can get the new Bond 007 Collection pack, which includes both iconic Aston Martin cars, for 2,000 credit combined. This is a good deal for players who want to get both vehicles at a bargain.
There will also be several in-game Challenges that Rocket League players can tackle. Once successfully completed, players can get a 007-themed reward, which includes an Agent 007 Avatar Border, the 00 Agent Player Title, as well as the Aston Martin Player Banner.
In the real world, the Aston Martin Valhalla will be entering its production stage sometime in 2023, and will be sold for $800,000. For now, however, those who want to experience the hybrid car for themselves—without having to shell out that much real money—can do so on Rocket League starting October 7th.
