Jamie Redknapp shows off impressive dad bod on family holiday with wife Frida Andersson

Former footballing ace turned sporting pundit Jamie Redknapp has showed off his impressive dad bod after turning 50 last month, as he soaked up the sun alongside his wife Frida Andersson on a well deserved family holiday.

The League of their Own star delighted fans this week as he showed off his trim physique while spending time on the beach with his blended family, just two years after tying the knot with model wife Frida.

In the adorable images, Jamie could be seen carrying his young son Raphael, one, as they enjoyed a day out on a sandy beach, meanwhile Frida showcased her own phenomenal figure in a red two piece bikini as she made the most of the family getaway.

The delightful day out was just one of several enjoyed by the young family as they enjoyed their well earned getaway to Barbados for the summer.

Staying at the Sandy Lane Hotel’s beach in Barbados, both Jamie and Frida had a wealth of possibilities at their disposal to unwind, with everything from golf courses to dreamy beach terraces on hand to help them soak up the Caribbean sunshine.

But if rest and relaxation wasn’t what they were after, there were plenty of other options too including water sports activities which could prove to be the perfect outlet for sports mad Jamie, who himself has tried and excelled at a number of different sports over the years.

The latest getaway is the third taken by Jamie and Frida in recent months, after the couple were spotted enjoying a holiday in Spain back in April, and a trip to the Maldives at the start of the year.

Joined by Jamie’s children from his previous marriage to Louise Redknapp, the blending family have been making the most of their time away this year, with several dreamy holidays having captured the hearts of his fans everywhere.

In addition, the football pro’s trip abroad comes just months after his parents Harry and Sandra opened up to OK! about how Jamie and Frida are loving parenthood after welcoming Raphael.

“Oh, they’re lovely, thank you. It’s been a year now and they’re absolutely gorgeous,” Sandra said. The couple also revealed they made for chilled out grandparents and that their approach was to “take it easy” with all of their grandchildren.
