Annema Refsnes, Ole Petter Hjelle Yngvar Andersen and Arnulf Refsnes are behind the training concept Naardic, where the members participate in training classes with an instructor at a video conference.
The operation started in full a year ago and now lasts the company of ten IT developers, eight in the administration and 25 coaches, among them several well-known profiles such as Olaf Tufte.
– After a fantastic start, we are now ready for the next step, with
focus on further development of the brand and positioning, says Arnulf Refsnes , CEO of Naardic.
In this connection he has hired Christelle Stangebye-Hansen in a newly created position as Chief Commercial Officer.
– I am very happy to have Christelle on the team. Her drive, background and digital skills are a perfect match for this role. In addition to solid commercial experience and results, delivered growth projects, and a strong strategic head, Christelle has valuable experience from the training industry, says Refsnes.
Stangebye-Hansen comes from The Well and a position as Marketing and Development Director, and has previously also been Nordic marketing manager in Fresh Fitness.
– I have great interest in the combination of innovation, technology and health / training, and see great potential here. With digital and video-assisted training in constant growth, today’s great pace of change, self-developed training platform, and skilled instructors who ensure a personal and good training experience, it was easy to accept this role, she says.
She is already well underway with brand and campaign strategy, customer journeys and service design.
– This is a big task, which I look forward to. I look forward to further developing a strong digital brand, and helping to build a company together with committed and skilled colleagues. Especially at a time of a revolution in virtual training on the way, where Naardic is several horse heads in front.
