John Jones has once again promised to make amends after his last arrest.
Earlier today, the former champion broke his silence with an Instagram post that did not directly correspond to what happened, which includes domestic violence and damage to a police car.
However, it gives a rough idea of what his behavior is due to.
“I have too a lot of trauma to consume alcohol, “Jones writes. “My brain just can’t handle alcohol anymore. I’m leaving it in my past forever.
Now is the time to train harder than ever. I’m going to turn this a nightmare in the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life. “
