Joseph Baena Showed Off His Bodybuilder Poses After Leaning Down

After showing off his chest and arm gains in a couple of shirtless photos from the set of his new action horror movie Lava, Joseph Baena is back to his tried-and-true thirst trap trick: the physique show flex.

May be a little lighter but I still got the poses down,” he wrote in the caption for his latest Instagram photo. Despite being a little leaner than usual, Baena’s form is as strong as ever—but when your father is none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger, that’s to be expected.

In addition to recreating several of his father’s most famous bodybuilding tableau poses on Instagram, Baena frequently works out with Schwarzenegger at the iconic Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, and has described him as “the best training partner in the world”. But even though he is now pursuing his own acting career, Baena doesn’t use the famous surname, and has no plans to.

“That’s just not my main priority at the moment,” he said in an interview with Loni Love and Morgan Stewart for E! Online, adding: “I’m just focused on building myself up and building my career in acting and real estate and just focusing on that right now.”

Baena elaborated on his relationship with Schwarzenegger last week when he was a guest on the podcast Unwaxed. Speaking with hosts Sophia and Sistine Stallone (who know a thing or two about being the child of an action movie legend), he revealed that it “took a little while” for him and his dad to get close.

“I grew up with my mom and I was always nervous and I didn’t want him to think bad of me and be like, ‘What the heck is this guy doing? He’s just partying all the time,'” he said. “Now it’s like awesome. I’m so close to my dad and we joke about everything.”
