Danish police have arrested 15 people in a major crackdown on 20 homes in the city of Køge on Zealand. The operation was aimed at what the police describe as a criminal network.
– This is a network which is centered around a residential area, and it is our opinion that they have been guilty of drug trafficking, says Thomas Kristensen at the police in Central and West Zealand.
Among other things, it is suspected that the sale of drugs has taken place via Snapchat. Several people in the environment must have connections to Copenhagen.
In connection with the arrests, the police have searched several apartments and basements, where some finds have been made.
