Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar was rushed to Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital after she tested Covid positive on January 8. As per her latest health update, she will continue to remain under observation in the ICU.

LATA MANGESHKAR TO REMAIN IN THE ICU

Lata Mangeshkar is currently recovering from Covid-19 in Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital. Her spokesperson, Anusha Srinivasan Iyer, issued a statement about the singing maestro’s latest health. She shared, “Lata Didi continues to remain in the ICU under observation and treatment of Dr Pratit Samdani and his team of amazing doctors. Let us all pray for her speedy recovery and return home.”

LEGENDARY SINGER’S SPOKESPERSON RUBBISHED FALSE HEALTH REPORTS

Two days back, rumours floated that Lata Mangeshkar’s health was deteriorating. Her spokesperson had rubbished the updates and confirmed that she was stable and under the treatment of her doctors. She said, “It is disturbing to see false news being circulated. Please note that Lata didi is stable. Continues to be in ICU under treatment of able doctors. Please pray for her quick return home.”
