Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and his brother Wladimir visited a maternity hospital in the Ukrainian capital, sharing footage on March 7 from wards where they said dozens of babies have been born since the start of Russia’s invasion. In a Telegram post, the mayor said 82 babies had been born at municipal maternity hospital number 7 in Kyiv, out of a total of 479 born in Kyiv during the war. Wladimir shared this video on his Twitter account, showing several newborns in a maternity ward at the hospital. “Life goes on,” he said. “More Ukrainians are coming up and will arrive, daily.” Credit: Wladimir Klitschko via Storyful
