Of all the things that could have gone viral on Twitter this year, a Love Island star and her choice of lipstick shade probably wouldn’t have been top of our list of guesses. But Faye Winter did indeed spark debate after months of wearing her favourite “brown” lipstick and lip liner combination.
Faye’s bed in the villa is still warm, yet another reality TV star’s beauty look has already replaced her viral one. MAFS UK bride Morag Crichton is the subject of the latest round of Twitter commentary, with tweets focusing on her bold brow look.
Though Morag hasn’t given any details yet on exactly how she creates her defined arches, it’s popular speculation that she’s had a tattoo procedure, largely due to the fact they remain the same shape and colour in every episode.
Fans of the show also want to know why her brows always appear greyish in colour, rather than a typical brown.
“Has Morag had her eyebrows tattooed?’” asked one, while another notes: “Morag does have very shiny grey eyebrows.”
Others were quick to like Morag to Faye, with one user saying: “Morag is giving me Faye vibes with her lipstick.”
Another agreed, writing; “Morag gives off MASSIVE Faye vibes.”
We’d take a guess that Morag probably has had a microblading treatment done in the past, as blonde shades can tend to fade to an ashy hue. Many people with light-coloured eyebrows also opt for a more permanent treatment like this one, to save time constantly filling in their arches.
Morag isn’t the only MAFS 2021 star to spark fan commentary thanks to her makeup look. Amy Christophers has also gained plenty of questions from her Instagram followers in a recent Q&A, where she also revealed that she had her lip fillers dissolved.
“I’ve actually had my lips dissolved by @lift.aesthetics since coming out of the experiment,” she said. “Ellie did refill them (as dissolving takes away your natural collagen too) but only with 0.5ml back in June, so I’m pretty much back to my natural lips now.”
Also known for her full and defined arches, another fan was desperate to know how Amy looked after her eyebrows.
“Genuinely I just brush some mascara through them – I’m so low maintenance,” she wrote in reply alongside a laughing emoji.
