Michelle Keegan shares look inside festive living room at £3.5m mansion with Mark Wright

Michelle Keegan revealed that she is well and truly in the festive spirit as she told fans she is celebrating the “best month of the year”. The Fool Me Once actress, 37, took to Instagram with a series of snaps from her festive activities so far as she wrote: “Happy 1st December… I’ll be honest I stepped into Christmas weeks ago. Here’s to the best month of the year.”

One snap showed a peek at the Christmas decorations at her £3.5 million Essex mansion, which she shares with husband Mark Wright. The festive decor and lights at their sprawling pad have often been compared to those from the iconic Home Alone house in the hit movie, with lights lining the windows, front door and an enormous tree at the entrance to their home.

Michelle gave a rare look at her gorgeous and luxurious living room, as she settled in for a cosy night with a festive film. A beautifully decorated Christmas tree stood in the corner while an electric fire had stockings hung nearby and mini Christmas trees and gingerbread men could be seen on the shelves.

A circular cream sofa with an assortment of cushions dominated the plush room, while a wreath was placed around a candle in the middle of the coffee table.

Michelle also made sure to get her beloved dog Phoebe involved in the festivities and posted a snap of her adorable personalised bed that was placed by the cosy fire.

In other photos in her festive upload, Michelle browsed the Christmas homeware in the highstreet store Flying Tiger, treated herself to some indulgent cookies and shared a selfie while donning a furry white winter hat.

The former Coronation Street star also debuted her stunning new hairstyle following a winter transformation. Michelle looked sensational as she shared a fresh snap from the hairdressers, having swapped her long brunette locks for a shorter style with bangs.

Her hair was styled down in a bouncy blowdry as she posed for a mirror selfie that showed off her fresh new look. In a bid to stay cosy, Michelle donned a long brown coat with a cream teddy bear lining and cuff detailing. She had a knitted cream cardigan underneath with straight-leg trousers and beige trainers.

Mark and Michelle debuted their incredible Christmas lights at the end of November, writing on Instagram alongside a video: “It’s that time of year again!! The best time of the year!! Just when you think @4.seasonevents can’t do any better…. Killed it.”
