Moon Knight Trailer Announced for NFL Super Wild Card Matchup With New Footage

A new trailer for Marvel’s Moon Knight will debut during the NFL Super Wild Card matchup on Monday, January 17, and it was announced with a bit of new footage that gives us our best look yet of Moon Knight in full costume.

Moon Knight’s new trailer will air at some point during the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams game on ABC/ESPN that begins at 5:15pm PT/8:15pm ET. Unfortunately, there is no set time the trailer will begin, but we will have it for your viewing as quickly as possible once it does.

The trailer shows Oscar Isaac in his full Moon Knight costume, but only for a quick second. The footage, which contains much of what was seen in Marvel Studios’ 2021 Disney+ Day Special, also includes our first look at Ethan Hawke’s character, who is said to be inspired by David Koresh.

Isaac’s character Marc Spector suffers from a dissociative personality disorder and Disney’s official description reveals a bit more of what’s in store for the series.

“The multiple identities who live inside him find themselves thrust into a deadly war of the gods against the backdrop of modern and ancient Egypt,” the official description reads.

For more, check out Hawke’s story on how he joined Moon Knight and why Isaac called the workload for this MCU series the most challenging of his career.
