MOSCOW – Moscow is disappointed with the current state of Russian-German relations, but does not refuse to build cooperation based on the principles of mutual respect and mutual benefit, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today ahead of talks between Russian and German foreign ministers.
