At the General Assembly, discussions on the Bill of Law on Amending the Private Pension Savings and Investment System Law, Some Laws and the Decree Law No. 375 continued. In the negotiations, the items in the first part of the proposal were accepted.

The state contribution rate, which is currently determined as 25 percent, will be increased to 30 percent. The amount corresponding to 30 percent of the contributions paid to the individual pension account on behalf of the participants within the scope of the article will be calculated by the Pension Monitoring Center as a state contribution based on the information conveyed to the Pension Monitoring Center by the companies.
The President will be authorized to reduce this rate up to 10 percent for contribution payments made in foreign currency. Participants over the age of 45 can also be included in the automatic participation system upon request.
