Glasgow Warriors coach Franco Smith said the altitude factor, which had been an advantage for the Bulls, was now fully consigned to the scrap heap after their United Rugby Championship success at Loftus Versfeld.
Smith’s charges overturned a 13-0 deficit, just before the break, to beat the Bulls 21-16, with a powerful and uncompromising second-half display that didn’t allow the Bulls to gain a foothold.
The Warriors showed signs of their attacking danger in the first half before taking it up a notch in the second half.
