Rubicon TV is behind drama series such as «Beforeigners», «Lilyhammer» and «Jordbrukerne», the latter on behalf of NRK and Køhn. The company has previously also produced reality series such as «Ex on the Beach» and «Luksusfellen», but in 2020 the owners chose to purely focus on drama .

Ivar Køhn has previously headed the development and production department at the Norwegian Film Institute for six years and held positions in the Norwegian Film Fund and Maipo Film.
Last autumn, Håkon Briseid presented as the new CEO of Rubicon TV, but according to the press release he should have had time to say yes to another position before joining the job.
