Otamendi: “Has anyone talked about impossibles?”

Statements by Nico Otamendi, Benfica player, in a post on social media after the victory by Benfica by 3-0 against Barcelona.

“What a great European night, family. Did anyone mention impossibles? What fantastic support from the stands. Clean sheet”, said the Argentine central on social networks.

Since the 1960/61 European Champion Clubs’ Cup final, the ‘reds’ did not beat the Catalans, something they did again today, with Darwin Nuñez’s two goals (03 and 79 minutes), the second from penalty, and de Rafa (69).

After two games, Benfica have four points, two less than Bayern Munich, who today thrashed Dinamo Kiev, by 5- 0. The Ukrainians have a point and FC Barcelona have not yet scored.
