Patrick Beverley got a hold of the t-shirt cannon in the middle of the Minnesota Timberwolves’ blowout win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday.

The Minnesota Timberwolves were on a roll entering Monday night, as they held a four-game winning streak. Minnesota had the chance to increase said streak to five with a consecutive win over the Portland Trail Blazers, whom they defeated 135-121 this past Saturday.

On Monday night, the Timberwolves blew out the Trail Blazers 124-81. The game was virtually in hand, as they held a 90-60 lead entering the fourth quarter. In the middle of the final quarter, Patrick Beverley got hold of the t-shirt cannon and began firing team apparel into the crowd.

The win was that safe for the Timberwolves that Beverley got to try the t-shirt cannon.

Beverley started for the Timberwolves, where he logged 22 minutes of playing time. He scored 6 points (2-for-7 from the field, 1-for-5 from the three-point line) and grabbed 10 rebounds.

Karl-Anthony Towns led the way for Minnesota, as he notched a double-double with 27 points (8-for-14 from field, 10-for-15 from free throw line) and 13 rebounds in 24 minutes of playing time. Naz Reid scored 18 points (6-for-16 from field) and grabbed 11 rebounds in 21 minutes off the bench.

The Timberwolves will look to extend their winning streak to six games on Wednesday night with a victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
