Ivan also called his two friends as slim fighters because they managed to lose their ideal weight. Ricky claimed to have weighed 140 kg, he also told of his struggle to lose weight to 65 kg.
Rinaldi, who has lost 49 kg of weight, also shared his motivation when he started to change his lifestyle. Rinaldi has a principle that is “thin but sure”, which means that when we do something consistently even if little by little, then in the end it will become something big.
Ivan also admitted that he was motivated by Rinaldi’s words. Ivan Gunawan, who is now slimmer, also tells a unique new thing. Ivan was surprised when he flew on the plane that he didn’t need an additional seat belt.
