Peugeot is preparing to launch the electric Peugeot e-308 with a range of 400 kilometers. The novelty will be available in both body types (hatchback and station wagon) and will receive a more powerful power plant.

It is currently known that the new Peugeot e-308 will receive only front-wheel drive and one variant of the power plant. It will be an electric motor with a capacity of 154 horsepower (269 Nm). The electric motor will be powered by a battery with a capacity of 50 kW h. Official range – 402 km

The electric Peugeot e-308 will be on the assembly line in the summer of 2023.

Earlier it was reported that Peugeot has launched the production of hydrogen modification Peugeot e-Expert. According to the company, the hydrogen van from PEUGEOT differs favorably from its competitors due to the integration of hydrogen elements in the engine compartment and under the bottom of the car. This arrangement of the cells allowed to keep the center of gravity low, which improved maneuverability and stability, as well as leaving enough space for transportation.
