Xbox is shaking up its Game Pass lineup in the near future! While it’s gaining a few interesting new titles, it’s also losing some serious heavy hitter titles. You’ll want to sit down and play these this weekend before they become unavailable.
Game Pass just gained Contrast, Telling Lies, and Dreamscaper at the beginning of February, all of which are available via console and cloud (the latter two are also on PC). On the 10th, it’ll gain Skul: The Hero Slayer, CrossfireX, The Last Kids on Earth and the Staff of Doom, Besiege, and Edge of Eternity. Those are all available via console, PC, and cloud except CrossfireX, which is only on console. On Valentine’s Day, we gain Infernax and the wonderful Ark: Ultimate Survivor Edition, both for PC, cloud, and console.
Alternatively, on February 15, Xbox Game Pass will lose Code Vein, Control, The Falconer, Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, Project Winter, and The Medium. Some of these are massive (and super fun) titles, and you’ll want to bust out your controller now in order to spend some quality time with them.
This lineup change isn’t the only bit of gaming news Microsoft has made waves with recently. The company also just acquired Activision Blizzard, which developed some of the biggest titles in video game history, including World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, and Candy Crush. It will certainly be interesting to see what other plans Microsoft has in store for the gaming world this year.
