Pre-filled ISEE, how to request it online: the instructions for submitting the DSU

Also in 2022 it is possible to take advantage of the Isee pre-filled , the INPS online service to fill in the DSU in autonomy and obtain the Isee certification in real time .

From 2020 the online DSU contains some pre-filled data , provided directly by the Institute or by the Agenzia delle Revenue . Others, on the other hand, must be self-declared by the citizen in a simple way through a simplified procedure that avoids queues and waste of time.

Isee pre-filled online, data already entered

From 2020 it is possible to submit the ISEE declaration also in the precompiled mode that issues the certification in real time and already contains the following information:

• the rent of the dwelling house;
• movable assets;
• real estate assets;
• income for IRPEF purposes;
• Inps treatments exempt for IRPEF purposes.

The data on which it is based refer to the two previous years , for example for 2022 they are those of 2020.

Isee pre-filled online, the data to be entered

Other data must be self-declared during the request:

• la composition of the family unit;
• data not available in the administrative archives as regards the Basic Models (for example, the home) necessary to identify the indicators to be certified based on the requested services;
• the evidence and delegation for each adult member of the family unit (excluding the declarant), necessary to guarantee the right to confidentiality of the personal data of the individual members (the declarant can access the pre-compilation only after positive feedback from the Revenue Agency on the same);
• self-declaration of having acquired the proxy of each adult member (excluding the declarant), with indication of the health card number and its expiry date.

Pre-filled ISEE, verifications

At this point, INPS sends the self-declaration to the Revenue Agency for verification. If the response is positive, the information is returned to the Institute, which communicates with a notification via e-mail or sms the successful processing of the Single replacement declaration .
You return to the pre-filled ISEE system online, in order to check the status of the processed DSU. If it is processed, it is necessary to accept or modify the pre-filled data for each member of the family unit and enter the additional data to be self-declared. If, on the other hand, the DSU is suspended, it is necessary to repeat the previous operation correcting the incorrect data.

Isee pre-filled, the confirmation data relating to income

For each adult member of the family unit (excluding the declarant) it is necessary to identify whether or not he presented a tax return in the previous year :

• if the person has presented a model 730 or a model of the income of natural persons, the corresponding box must be selected and the amount in the line difference must be indicated (model 730-3);
• if you have not submitted a tax return (or in the presence of CU only), tick the option no declaration;
• if you have submitted the Personal Income model physical, it is necessary to indicate the amount shown in the line difference of part RN of the model.

Isee pre-filled, data relating to assets

For each adult member the family unit (excluding the declarant) it is necessary to indicate whether the movable assets referring to the second previous year (in 2022 the assets at 31 December 2020 are taken as reference) was lower or higher than € 10,000:

• if no assets or assets of less than 10 thousand euros are sufficient, select the appropriate box;
• if equal to or greater than 10 thousand euros, one of the two declaration options provided by the online model must be chosen.

If you have a joint account, for the sole purpose of the matching data it is necessary to enter the full amount and not just the portion in own possession.
