Actually Harry (37) and Meghan (40) after the birth of baby Lilibet three months on parental leave. But for a project that supports your image as a power couple they do one Break from time out . Exactly on Harry’s 37th birthday, on the son Archie (2) is said to have helped bake a carrot cake for his daddy, the “Time” appeared -Magazine with its issue “Time 100 – the most influential people in 2021”. The duke couple, which in the category “Icons” next to Naomi Osaka (23), Britney Spears (39) and Alexej Nawalny (45) is listed, proudly adorns one of seven cover versions. The royal dropouts wanted to set a monument for themselves and almost saw themselves in the footsteps of the Obamas. But the action backfired. There was criticism, malice and ridicule.

What are the two of them doing in the list, asked Royal expert Angela Levin, who found the decision “puzzling” and on the inelegant exit from the royal family and the scandal interview with Oprah Winfrey (67) alludes.
Above all, however, the appearance of the duke couple is ridiculed in the social networks. And the media blasphemed the heavily retouched photos, such as the moderators of the Australian breakfast show “Sunrise”. “Harry doesn’t look real, like a wax figure from Madame Tussauds,” begins anchor David Koch. Sports presenter Mark Beretta teases, “Has Harry’s hair grown back? It looks so thick!” Presenter Natalie Barr jokes about the posing on the Time cover: “Why is Harry crouching on the wall behind Meghan? He looks like a hairdresser who is happy to present the finished hair dryer result to his customer!”
The British prince and the US actress leave nothing to chance and select a professional team Hollywood hired for the shoot with photographer Pari Dukovic in her villa in Montecito, California: Hair guru Serge Normant, who had already created Meghan’s bridal hairstyle, was responsible for the hairstyle. Celebrity stylists Clare and Nina Hallworth were responsible for the outfits, otherwise Brad Pitt , Jennifer Aniston and Kirsten Dunst dress. Meghan wears jewelry with an estimated value of more than 300,000 euros.
While Harry and Meghan harmonize in color, the body language does not show a couple at eye level
Striking: While Harry and Meghan harmonize in color, the body language does not show a couple at eye level. Meghan is clearly in focus on the front page and is literally wearing the pants (from Victoria Beckham, among others). She visibly enjoys the photo production, stands there with her legs apart and self-confident, Harry threatens to go under like an extra. The hierarchy in this marriage quickly becomes clear. Obviously Harry likes to let his strong wife go first.

Meghan and Harry pose as a fighter for the environment and equal opportunities
The very posed and staged images look like a PR campaign for the Sussex brand or a future political career of the actress. The quote from Harry and Meghan, which was published on their Archewell homepage for the photos, fits in with this: “Everyone can change their environment. We can all change the world!” The text from “Time”, written by the chef José Andrés, whose charity World Central Kitchen is supported by the Archewell organization, also sounds like election advertising. He paints a picture of Meghan as a philanthropist who gives a voice to those who don’t and describes her as a strong advocate for women and girls. The “Time” ranking proves the influence of the two, but the reaction to it also shows that the couple is not well-liked everywhere. Meghan and Harry stage themselves as fighters for the environment and equal opportunities, but seem too ambitious and forced. No wonder: Your strengths are personal encounters that have hardly been possible since the Megxit due to Corona. But the comeback after the baby break will certainly give them enough opportunity for that.
Meghan’s father Thomas Markle would also like to be part of it
Harry’s birthday was of course clouded by the criticism. But at least all the royals congratulated Queen (95), Charles (72), William (39), and Kate (39) via social networks and thus demonstrated family togetherness.
Apropos: Meghan’s father Thomas Markle (77) would also like to be part of it and has already asked lawyers whether he can sue for getting to know his grandchildren. Always trouble for Harry and Meghan!
