‘Profits before people’: Whistleblower reveals Facebook’s ‘devastating truth’

A former Facebook employee has slammed social media giant Facebook – claiming the company is knowingly damaging young users’ mental health.

Former Facebook product manager Frances Haugen is calling on US lawmakers to increase regulations around the social media giant.

The whistleblower told a Congressional hearing the company is knowingly damaging young users’ mental health by systematically ignoring its own research on the matter.
