Promise of Wizard Anime Trailer Visits Southern Country Characters

Earlier this month we got a look at the North Country characters for the Promise of Wizard anime, and now it’s time to move on down for more. The main cast located in the Southern Country are in the spotlight, including Rutile, Figaro, Lennox and Mitile.
Get a brief introduction to them while we wait for the adaptation of the mobile game—which is developed by coly and known in Japan as Mahoutsukai no Yakusoku—to premiere in January 2025.

Naoyuki Tatsuwa directs, with Nanami Higuchi on series composition and scripts, Nozomi Nagatomo on character designs and chief animation direction and Shuji Katayama (Team-MAX) on music for the Liden Films production.
Promise of Wizard follows an ordinary young woman from Earth named Akira Masaki. She ends up being summoned to a magical fantasy world, where she must train wizards from five different nations in an effort to combat the annual supernatural threat of a gigantic moon called “The Great Calamity.”
