Pułtusk: there are results of the autopsy of a 39-year-old girl and her 5-year-old daughter

Completed autopsy of a 39-year-old woman and her 5-year-old daughter, whose bodies were fished out on Saturday morning from Narew in Pułtusk. The cause of death was drowning. The woman’s husband was questioned on Monday.

As Monika Kosińska-Kaim, Deputy District Prosecutor in Pułtusk, informed on Monday, no external injuries were revealed on the body of the woman and the child.

– It was established that the cause of death of both people was drowning – reported Kosińska-Kaim. As she added, the analysis of the city monitoring “especially the analysis of the monitoring placed on the city footbridge allowed us to establish that we are dealing with extended suicide”.

The woman’s husband was questioned on Monday.

– We have material for subsequent research. But in fact, the circumstances of the incident are known to us. However, we do not know the motive for action – said Kosińska-Kaim.

Then the family members will be interviewed.

The incident took place on Saturday morning, when the police received a report that the body of a child had been taken out of Narew; three kilometers away, a woman’s body was found. Officers found the 39-year-old’s car near the footbridge over the river, near Solna Street.
