The sixth tennis player in the world, Rafael Nadal, advanced to the quarterfinals of the tournament in Melbourne last night, after he defeated the Lithuanian Richards Berankis with 6: 2, 7: 5.

Nadal came to his first victory after August last year in an hour and 32 minutes.

The Spanish tennis player previously took a break due to a foot injury, and returned to the tennis courts at the end of last year, when he performed at the exhibition tournament in Abu Dhabi.

After that tournament, Nadal was positive for the corona virus.

For the opponent in the quarterfinals, he will have a better player from the match in which they meet Australian Alexei Popirin and Dutchman Talon Grikspu r.
