Realme GT Neo6 Phone Set to Launch, Claiming to Challenge the Strongest Products in Its Class

On May 6th, realme announced that the official launch of the realme GT Neo6 phone is coming soon, claiming to “challenge the strongest product performance in the same category”.

Currently, this new device has been confirmed to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, supporting 120W ultra-fast charging and offering a version with 1TB of large memory. Prior to this, the new device had already been listed on an e-commerce platform but without announcing a release date. The unexpected operation of listing before official announcement has surprised many.

For reference, in April of this year, the brand released a realme GT Neo6 SE phone, which was equipped with the third-generation Snapdragon 7+ processor and started at a price of RMB 1699. The positioning of the standard model is obviously higher than that of the SE version, and it is expected that the selling price will also be higher.

The realme GT Neo6 SE smartphone is launched with a customized 6000nit “unparalleled” flexible OLED screen on JD.com. The screen is 6.78 inches, with a resolution of 2780×1264, featuring a maximum manual brightness of 1000nit, global excitation brightness of 1600nit, and local peak brightness of 6000nit. It supports a refresh rate of 120Hz (8T LTPO).

The realme GT Neo6 SE is equipped with a built-in 5500mAh battery, powered by the SUPERVOOC S power management chip. It has a DOU endurance test of up to 1.92 days. The phone features a front-facing 32MP camera (Sony IMX615), and a rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX882, OIS) + an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens (Sony IMX355). It supports SuperOIS optical image stabilization and comes with a new Inspiration Color Palette watermark feature.
