Redmi 10: OS, UI, many pre-installed Google applications and fluid interface

Redmi 10 runs the Android 11 operating system from the factory and brings the MIUI Global 12.5.2 Stable interface, UI already familiar to Xiaomi fans and which many appreciate due to the colors, icons and simplicity delivered. For security we have a fingerprint scanner placed on the side that offers quick unlock, a flat and wide button that also acts as a power / unlock button.

For navigation you can choose between the virtual buttons at the bottom of the screen or for gesture navigation. From here you can also access a list of shortcuts for buttons, an example being the long press of the button Home , the way in which the Google Assistant will be launched. The multitasking area presents in open format the open applications and in the upper area there are shortcuts for Cleaner, Security Scanning, Intense Cleaning and Application Management.

Also from here you can opens a floating screen on the screen, from a predefined list that can be edited with 10 favorite application options. A long touch on the screen allows you to move icons to the home screen, choose the wallpaper, set widgets, and access a quick settings area where there are options such as transition effects, default screen setting, main screen layout ( 4×6, 5×6), lock main screen appearance. If you go to advanced you get to the full settings where you can change the size of the icons.

The menu is accessed by a swipe up from the main screen and here you have the applications together , with the possibility to click on different sections such as Tools, Entertainment or Communication, where you can find applications in the targeted category. Below you also have a search bar for applications and there are also menu settings for customizing the background.
