Another incentive is the quality of the work performed: in 84% of cases, clients are satisfied with the work of the master.

Online survey was held in May 2021 among users from Russia aged 18–64. The target audience was users who made at least one order via the Internet in 12 months. An order via the Internet in the study is considered to be an order / record on the website or in the application, as well as cases when the customer found the contractor via the Internet, and then called the phone number indicated on the website / in the application. The study established quotas for gender, age and macro-regions representing the structure of the population of Russia.
