Ruto Urges Kenyans to Ignore Critics, Declares Kenya’s Progress is Unstoppable

President William Ruto insists that the country is on a steady recovery path, urging Kenyans to disregard the critics who hope for the nation’s downfall.

Speaking on Sunday, Ruto described those who wish ill upon the country as enemies but emphasized that Kenya will not falter. He attributed the country’s improved stability to God’s guidance, noting that Kenya is in a stronger position now compared to two years ago.

The President pointed out that despite initial doubts about his administration’s ability to stabilize food prices and revitalize the economy, these challenges have been successfully tackled.

“There are enemies of our country who wish us bad, but I want to tell you that Kenya will not fall. Kenya is strong and will develop. We are going to go places, and it is evident God has put our country on recovery,” Ruto said.

He added, “Not many believed we would reduce food prices; not many believed we would do affordable housing, but we are doing it.”

Ruto urged Kenyans to ignore critics, stressing that they lack a clear vision for Kenya’s future. He emphasized that the country’s transformation is not about him or any future leader, but about the collective well-being of all Kenyans.

“We are making steady progress in transforming our nation. Ignore the naysayers; Kenya will move forward steadily. Forget those who cannot see the opportunity we have to change our country. This is not about anyone, not about me or the next leader of Kenya,” Ruto stated.

The President further emphasized that God has entrusted him with the special assignment of leading Kenya’s transformation.
