In the fall it was coming on the Galaxy S21 series and we also had a demo here . Now on January 6 One UI 4.0 was reported in turn on Galaxy S20 FE 4G and 5G and now on Samsung Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 .
Galaxy A52 users in Russia have signaled the arrival of Android 12 and One UI 4.0, which brings the security patch to January 2022. The firmware version is A525FXXU4BUL8 . It is not clear whether it is the Galaxy A52 4G or the Galaxy A52 5G. It must be said that the phones were launched at the beginning of 2021 with Android 11 and One UI 3.1 on board. They have 3 years of software updates, so they come to Android 13 and 14.
Galaxy A52 5G costs around 1700 lei now and brings an AMOLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, 64 MP main camera with OIS, certification IP67, microSD slot, audio jack, stereo speakers and a Snapdragon 750G 5G CPU. In the meantime, Samsung Galaxy A72 has also received confirmation of this update, the A725FXXU4BULA firmware being also received in Russia, this time with security patch on December 2021.

Galaxy A72 costs around 2400 lei (using code QUICK202) locally and comes with Snapdragon 720G processor , 5000 mAh battery, 90 Hz AMOLED screen with 6.7 inch diagonal, 64 MP camera with optical stabilization, along with an 8 MP camera with 3X optical zoom, 12 MP ultrawide camera and a 5 MP Macro.
