Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 without secrets! The tablet series appears in press releases, and the specifications are revealed

We don’t know yet if Samsung wants to announce the Galaxy Tab S8 tablet series at MWC 2022 or with the Galaxy S22 smartphone series. However, new models have made their way into press releases today via WInFuture today. Their specifications are also confirmed in detail today, and the sales figures in Europe have recently been revealed. Information on the latest tablets prepared by the South Korean company is below

We start with Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra which has now design confirmed. It comes with a generous 14.6-inch diagonal Super AMOLED display, and its body measures just 5.5mm at the waist. At the front is a notch that hides two 12 MP photo sensors (Wide + ultra-wide), and the display has a resolution of 2960 x 1848 pixels . It comes with 120Hz refresh rate , and the brightness would reach up to 420 nits.

Galaxy Tab S8 + would come with a 12.7 inch diagonal display. This is also a Super AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 2800 x 1752 pixels. We don’t have a notch here, but the design of the tablet is similar to that of the Ultra version, with a body made of aluminum.

Galaxy Tab S8 comes with an 11-inch LTPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This panel, although LCD, would provide a brightness of 500 nits even. All these models would be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 , and they will receive S Pen support.

Inside all the models would be the processor Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 , and they would run Android 12 with the One UI 4.1 interface applied over. Tab S8 and Tab S8 + receive configurations involving 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage, while the Ultra model will be available in a version with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. It is worth mentioning that they all receive a dedicated slot for microSD cards.

They will come with a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, supporting DeX, but also DeX Wireless. On the connectivity side we will find 5G (optional), WiFi 6 (axis), Bluetooth 5.2, ANT +, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Beidou. The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra gets a battery of 11,200 mAh , while the Tab S8 + comes with a 10,090 mAh unit, and the Tab S8 gets a battery of 8,000 mAh. They come with quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support, and the Tab S8 + and Tab S8 Ultra versions come with optical fingerprint sensors, integrated under the display. At the back is a dual camera setup (13 MP wide + 6 MP Ultra-wide), and under this set we will find a magnetic area for attaching the S-Pen.

After as I was telling you, the marketing figures have appeared on the web recently, here . Galaxy Tab S8 would start at 680-700 euros in the basic version, while S8 + starts at 880-900 euros. Tab S8 Ultra would reach 1040 – 1060 euros in the basic configuration, WiFi version. A cost of 150-160 euros is added for versions with 5G connectivity.
