O Santander (SANB11) informed that the Board of Directors approved the gross distribution of R$ 249 million in the form of interest on equity (JCP). In net terms, the earnings amount to R$ 211.650 million.
Shareholders registered in the of the company at the end of January 7, 2022 (inclusive). Thus, as of January 10, 2022 (inclusive), the Company’s shares will be traded “Ex-Interest on Equity”.
