‎SASCO clarifies financial data of NAFT Services

Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) announced some financial data of NAFT Services Co., in which the company acquired an 80% stake.

The company said, in a statement to Tadawul, that NAFT owns 32 stations, five land areas, five office locations and truck parking, thus totaling 42 sites.

The owned lands and buildings were evaluated in 2020 by SAR 572 million, while the book value of these assets reached SAR 209 million.

SASCO announced, on Jan. 25, that it acquired an 80% stake in NAFT Services for SAR 1.1 billion, according to Argaam data.
