Sony launches SRS-NS7 wireless speaker, a model with Dolby Atmos and 360-degree spatial sound on the neck

In the last few months I’ve seen quite a few wireless speakers meant to be worn around the neck, including the model SRS-NB10 in summer. Now the Sony also announces the variant SRS-NS7 , a speaker with a neck-mounting system that delivers a personal and immersive cinema-like audio experience.

This speaker is the first of its kind in the world compatible with Dolby Atmos . We have the unique Sony 360 Spatial Sound experience for a perfectly optimized movie audition. This product works with the included wireless transmitter and BRAVIA XR TVs to create an ideal Dolby Atmos Virtual Speaker configuration.

This analyzes the unique auditory characteristics and the Sony SRS-NS7 audio experiences are modeled according to these criteria. We also have 360 Reality Audio sound via smartphone, available through music services such as Deezer, nugs.net or TIDAL.
